about the role
you’ll own ciao’s product surface end to end: the platform where customers teach and manage their experts, the live experience where ciao meets an end user, and the infrastructure behind every session. you’ll turn a customer problem into a designed, shipped, production-ready result.
what you’ll do
- design and build the core platform for product knowledge, journeys, expert configuration, and analytics.
- make simple for non-technical teams to configure and operate without depending on us.
- own the live experience and the provisioning, streaming, security, and observability behind it.
- talk with customers, find where deployments get stuck, and ship the next useful improvement.
what we’re looking for
- a product-minded engineer who has shipped polished user-facing software.
- strong product instincts and the ability to turn sparse guidance into a clear workflow.
- depth in at least one of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, realtime streaming, browser automation, or security.
- comfort owning design, implementation, and operations as one continuous problem.
